1. About TRIAD Intelligence

TRIAD Intelligence provides structured decision intelligence, analysis, scenario support and decision support for complex problems.

2. Use of the website

  • submit unlawful, harmful, misleading or abusive content;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;

Submitting an inquiry through the website or by email does not automatically create a client relationship, service agreement, consultancy agreement or confidentiality agreement.

A client relationship only starts when TRIAD Intelligence and the client explicitly agree to specific services, scope, terms and conditions in writing.

4. Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any information you submit. You should not submit confidential, sensitive, personal, medical, legal, financial or regulated information through the website unless this has been explicitly agreed in advance.

TRIAD Intelligence may offer services such as Decision Scans, scenario analysis, case intelligence or other forms of structured decision support.

Any service description on the website is general and does not guarantee availability, scope, pricing, delivery time or outcome. Specific services require separate agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, including text, structure, methodology descriptions, branding, design elements, concepts and materials, belongs to TRIAD Intelligence or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, license or commercially exploit any part of the website or methodology without prior written permission.

7. TRIAD methodology

The TRIAD methodology, including related concepts such as TRIADS, TRIADS+, ATLAS, Decision Scan, Scenario Simulator and Case Intelligence, is presented as a structured decision support framework.

Nothing on this website grants you a license to reproduce, package, resell or represent the methodology as your own.

8. No guarantee

The website and its content are provided as is and as available. TRIAD Intelligence does not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, secure or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TRIAD Intelligence shall not be liable for losses or damages arising from use of the website, inability to access the website, reliance on website content, technical errors, third-party services or external links.

Personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy available on this website.

11. Governing law

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Belgium, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
